No Longer Feeling Dead On The Inside

I've been doing a bit of research on my medication in hopes of determining how to counteract the side effects and get back on a regular schedule of being happy and drugged. My research allowed me to compile a list of possible side effects, for anyone considering augmenting their daily life with some fun pills:Weight Gain: Thought you were depressed already? Here's some extra weight to boost your self esteem.Increased Sweating: You're probably just sweating out of joy.Lethargy, Fatigue, Memory Loss, Brain Fog: It doesn't matter if you're feeling better; you're too out of it to notice.Hair Loss: Going bald makes me happy too. If I'm lucky, maybe my eyebrows will fall off. I never cared much for them.Tremors, Shakes, Other Uncontrolled Muscle Movements: Everyone secretly loves being the center of attention. This photographer is my hero.

I generally prefer to keep my politics off this site, as I have many more important topics to discuss (Did I mention that I was caught trimming my armhair with scissors today by an unsuspecting coworker? Exciting!), but this picture was too good not to post. The expressions on both Clinton's and Obama's faces are priceless in light of their recent scuffle, but it also speaks perfectly to a bet I have going with a friend, a hefty bet about who will win the Democratic presidential nomination. My money is on the one who doesn't look like a startled duck.

Happy Valentine’s Day

A few years ago, this hideous image showed up in my email inbox at work. My coworker hated this picture instantly and said that it completely creeped her out, so naturally, I waited until she was out of her office, made forty copies of it, and taped them all over her cubicle. It was awesome - I've never been so pleased with a decorating job. I'm certain she enjoyed it thoroughly as well. So this one's for you, Mel, and everyone else out there who needs a little love today; I give you Man-Dog. Snuggle up. Feel the love.
